Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy

At Agus Sanchez Ink, every artwork is carefully created, inspected, and packaged to ensure it reaches its new home in excellent condition.

Because we sell original artworks, limited-edition art prints, and other art products that are unique, collectible, made-to-order, or produced in limited quantities, all sales are considered final.

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds for any of the following reasons:

• Change of mind.

• Personal preference regarding style, colors, subject matter, or appearance.

• Incorrect size selection.

• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

• Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control.

• Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance resulting from screen settings, photography, printing processes, or the handmade nature of the artwork.

Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

Original Artwork and Limited Editions

All original artworks and limited-edition prints are sold as unique artistic works. Due to their nature, these items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in jurisdictions that provide a statutory right of withdrawal acknowledge that original artworks, made-to-order items, personalized products, and goods produced according to customer specifications may be exempt from such rights where permitted by applicable law.

Where a mandatory legal right of withdrawal applies and cannot be excluded under local consumer protection laws, nothing in this policy shall limit those statutory rights.

Damaged or Defective Items

The only exception to our no-return policy applies when an artwork arrives damaged or materially defective as a result of transportation.

If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery by contacting us at info@agussanchez-ink.com.

To submit a claim, you must provide:

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt).

• Clear photographs of the damaged artwork.

• Clear photographs of all packaging materials, including the outer shipping box.

• Photographs showing any visible shipping damage.

• Any additional information reasonably requested for claim verification.

Failure to provide the required documentation may result in the claim being denied.

Claim Investigation

All damage claims are subject to review and verification.

If a claim is approved, Agus Sanchez Ink may, at its sole discretion:

• Replace the artwork if available.

• Provide a replacement print of the artwork.

• Issue a partial or full refund.

• Offer store credit.

The chosen remedy will depend on product availability and the nature of the damage.

Shipping Damage Liability

Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon delivery.

We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery has been completed, including damage resulting from improper handling, storage, framing, installation, environmental conditions, accidents, or misuse.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country of residence.

Such charges are non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agus Sanchez Ink's liability shall be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the affected product.

Under no circumstances shall Agus Sanchez Ink be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, shipment, delivery, or use of any artwork.
