8. Failed Deliveries and Returned Packages

Because artwork and products are reserved, prepared, packaged, or produced specifically for each order, orders that are returned for customer-related reasons are not eligible for automatic refunds.
If a package is returned to Agus Sanchez Ink under these circumstances:

The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Any return shipping charges imposed by the carrier are non-refundable.

Any customs-related fees are non-refundable.
Customers may request that the order be shipped again.
In such cases, the customer must pay:

Any additional fees associated with reshipping the order.

Risk of loss and title to purchased products transfer to the customer upon delivery of the shipment by the carrier to the delivery address provided by the customer.
Customers are encouraged to inspect packages immediately upon receipt.
